World Environment Day, 5th June 2020
Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (NEEPCO) Bokuloni celebrated the World Environment Day with a brief programme followed by a plantation drive on the school campus maintaining the norms of social distancing and use of musks. A few students and teachers representing the Paryavaran Sangha (Eco Club) of the school planted a few saplings of Neem, Bokul, Krishnachura, Sonaru etc. The school collected a few saplings from the Block Office, Tengakhat and AGBP, NEEPCO. On this occasion Sri Hari Krishna Changmai, the Head of the Project, AGBP, NEEPCO along with a few other dignitaries of the project graced the occasion and planted a few saplings on the school campus. On this occasion the students of the Vidyalaya have taken part in various competitions online.
