Online Orientation toward Conduct of Online Classes, 8th May 2020
 

In view of Covid 19 outbreak and the ensuing Lockdown for over a month, to compensate to an extent the academic losses to students, a series of online orientation sessions were organised by VKSPV for its teachers on 8th May. Ritwik Chakravarty, the Principal of the Vidyalaya conducted 3 sessions on the day at 11 AM, 12:30 PM and 3 PM. Another session will be tomorrow, 9th May. 392 teachers enrolled themselves for these sessions. Enthusiasm of the participating teachers was encouraging.
 

Online Staff Meeting: Maintaining Social Distancing

As lockdown is going on we have started conducting all the meeting online. We discussed about how challenges provide opportunity to recognize someone's hidden capability and strength. How we can keep ourselves healthy, work without anger but with pleasure and be ready to face intellectual challenges? Some very good suggestions were shared which we will be going to implement.

Book Distribution With Social Distancing

Due to the lockdown all over the country all the Educational Institutions are closed. So that student can use the lockdown properly, the school decided to take the book near to their door step where they can easily receive the books without breaking the norms of social distancing.
We already started online classes for Class IX and X. Hopefully we will also be starting the online activities for remaining classes very soon.

Online Classes Organized By CBSE

CBSE during this period of lockdown utilizing the time the best way, one can consider, by conducting online classes in different domains to update the teachers with new teaching techniques. These teaching techniques are very useful and are very productive method to produce a very good environment where students will become more receptive. Few of our teachers also involved in various workshops on different topics to update and upgrade their present knowledge to manage classroom best way possible. We are looking forward to have more such workshops in the future.
