To honour the well known Kalaguru and legendary cultural icon ‘Bishnu Prasad Rabha’, VKV NEEPCO Bokuloni celebrated Rabha Divas on 20th June 2025 with great cultural fervor and enthusiasm. The program titled ‘Moina Mel’ was organized in the NRC Hall, providing a common platform for students to express their respect and admiration for the contributions of Bishnu Prasad Rabha.
- Participants included students from VKV as well as nearby schools.
- The event featured soulful renditions of Rabha Sangeet, showcasing the musical richness of Rabha’s compositions.
- Traditional dance performances on the songs of Bishnu Prasad Rabha were presented, adding color and rhythm to the celebration.

The Rabha Divas celebration served as an excellent opportunity for students to
connect with Assam’s cultural heritage. The collaborative participation of
nearby schools promoted community bonding and cultural unity. The event also
reflected VKV’s commitment to nurturing cultural values alongside academics.
